MACDERMID DESIGN POLICIES

 

Thank you for your support. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original hardware, tags, and labels attached. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and a 20% restocking fee will apply. If the product has been mounted or used it is not in new, resalable condition are NOT eligible for returns. Items that were customized to ANY degree are NOT eligible for return. Made to order items and items that ship freight are NOT eligible for returns.

 

Please Note

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Damaged, Used, or Worn

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@macdesignltd.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We require pictures to be taken of the item(s) if the product has been opened and pictures of the packed item(s) before shipping to compare with the item(s) when they arrive. Customer MUST INSURE the shipment for the retail value of the product that is being returned. If parts are damaged in shipping back to MacDermid Design, it is up to the customer to contact their shipping company for damage reimbursement. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided. Customer has 14 days the product to the following address:

If parts are not received within this time period, the RMA is void.

 

REFUNDS

 

Shipping is non-refundable. Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 30-45 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Orders may be canceled at the discretion of MacDermid Design. Typically, cancellations

are not permitted.

 

When they have been approved by MacDermid Design a 10% restocking and processing fee applies. Cancellations are at the sole discretion of MacDermid Design.

DAMAGED PARTS AND/OR MISSING PARTS

Missing or Damaged parts must be reported to MacDermid Design within 72 Hours after the parts are delivered as determined by the carrier tracking number.

  • Damaged part(s) packing material, box(es) and tracking label must be photographed.

  • Damaged parts or missing parts must be communicated via email (info@macdesignltd.com) or phone (602-482-7215). Include Customer Name and Order details.

  • Once the pictures are examined and determined to be shipping damage, MacDermid Design will issue an RMA# and shipping label to receive the damaged parts back.

  • Once damaged products are received, replacement product will be shipped. Alternatively, we can charge for new part(s) to replace the damaged part(s) and ship immediately, then issue a credit once damaged products are received.

  • The product will be shipped back via ground at no charge to the customer. In the event it needs to be expedited, customer will pay the difference.

 

WARRANTY

TERM LIMITS (FROM DATE RECEIVED)

  • All MacDermid Design Parts: 1 year

  • MacDermid Design Warranty only applies to original product purchaser.

  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by images of the entire product from:

    • All 4 sides

    • The part(s) installed on the product/vehicle

    • The issue with the part(s)

    • WARRANTY CLAIMS WITHOUT IMAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

  • To issue a Warranty Claim, email (info@macdesignltd.com) or call (602-482-7215). The above photographs will need to be Include Customer Number and order details.

  • If the part(s) are damaged and meet the warranty criteria, an RMA number will be issued.

  • After RMA is issued, Customer must ship the product to the address provided with the RMA.

  • Customer MUST INSURE the shipment for the retail value of the product that is being returned.

  • If parts are damaged in shipping back to MacDermid Design, it is up to the customer to contact their shipping company for damage reimbursement.

  • Once parts are received, MacDermid Design, at its sole discretion, will determine whether a warranty applies and remedy

  • All warranty periods are determined from the date the product was delivered according to the carrier tracking number.

  • The product will be shipped back via ground at no charge to the customer. In the event it needs to be expedited, customer will pay the difference.
